To say I enjoyed capturing Isabel and Tyrone’s elevated wedding in downtown Phoenix AZ surrounded by the city is such an understatement. From the moment I met them, I could tell they were going to be a fun couple to work with, and they did not disappoint. The location they chose for their special day was perfect – with all the cultural attractions, city skyscrapers, and more. There was no shortage of gorgeous backdrops for their photos. The fact that it was a beautiful fall day only added to enhance the vibe of the day. As a wedding photographer, I always love shooting weddings in downtown areas because of the uniqueness that is has to offer. Overall, it was such a fun experience and I feel wildly blessed to have been a part of it!

Isabel and Tyrone’s love story is one of the most touching stories that I’ve gotten to experience second hand. They met in college, were friends for a while, and then dated for EIGHT years prior to their wedding! You can tell through these photos that they’re super in love and understand each other completely. They’re both so gentle and kind, especially to one another. Although they are soft spoken, they have a way of looking at each other that lights up each other’s world. I truly believe we captured their gentleness with one another through the big and small moments throughout their wedding day.

Isabel and Tyrone had an amazing time at their downtown wedding in Phoenix, AZ. From the exchanged vows to the speeches that followed during the reception, the couple was surrounded by love and joy. Tyrone cried at many moments throughout the wedding and toasts from family, it just highlighted how kind and protective he is for the people he loves. I seriously love this couple so much!

Months prior to the wedding, we also did their engagement photos downtown, but Isabel and Tyrone wanted to save THE iconic downtown rooftop spot for their wedding day especially because it was right across the street from their venue. The terrace where they tied the knot was something out of a movie. Watching them say “I do” was just the beginning of the party and I’m so grateful that I got to experience this part in their journey. I can’t wait to see what kind of fun these two will get into next!
