invitations to save the dates and place cards, Basic Invite has everything you could possibly need
to make your wedding suite beautiful and completely customized to your taste and style
preferences. Not only can you customize text, but nearly everything on every invitation can be
changed. The colors, fonts, and text size can all be edited to suit the vision you have for your
wedding. They also offer foil for a flat fee, even if your entire wedding invitation is in foil!

Clear Cards
Are you interested in clear cards? Basic Invite has you covered! Offering over 160 designs on
clear or frosted vinyl, there is something for everyone! While the wedding suites for clear items
are limited to more important items (invites, save the dates, and response cards), there are usually
matching suites in cardstock for any other enclosure cards you may want to include. They offer
everything from accommodation cards to registry cards, all within a matching full suite so that
all of your items can be uniform.

Custom Wedding Invitations
If you are looking for something more customized or just need to have your design printed, they
also offer a full suite of upload-your-own design items. You can upload your design to any of the
cards available for a normal suite, and they can print it on any of the paper types available! This
option is excellent for anyone who has a design in mind that you wouldn’t be able to find on the
website!

Eco-Friendly Invites
If you’re looking for a more eco-friendly option for your wedding invitations, look no further than Basic
Invite’s seal and send wedding invitations! These invitations are an invitation and rsvp in one!
The invitation is in the main body, and the RSVP is a tear-off postcard on the bottom that your
guests can fill out and send back without even needing an envelope! This is perfect for those that
don’t want to waste paper with envelopes and, even better, they can also be addressed, just like
envelopes!

Paper Options
Basic Invite offers five different paper types (not including the clear and frosted vinyl): Signature
Matte, Smooth Coated, Luxe Velvet, Premium Shimmer, and Double Thick Matte. Signature
Matte is a standard 110 lbs cardstock with no finish to it. The smooth coated paper is a 120 lbs
cardstock with a beautiful semi-gloss finish that adds a touch of class to any invitation. Luxe
Velvet is a customer favorite. This 110 lbs cardstock has a beautiful matte finish with a luxurious
rose petal feel to it. Premium Shimmer is also 110 lbs cardstock with a really smooth finish and
shimmery coating to make every wedding invitation sparkle. Double Thick Matte is their heaviest paper at 200 lbs and is thick with no coating, much like the Signature Matte.

Add Some Extra Sauce by Using Foil

Basic Invite offers two types of foil in three different colors. Raised foil can be printed on clear
and frosted vinyl as well as smooth-coated and luxe velvet papers and can have any color as a
background. Flat foil can only be printed on smooth coated or signature matte paper and must be
on a white background. Raised foil has a nice metallic shine to it and has a slight texture as it is
raised off the page. Flat foil is also beautiful and metallic but has no raised texture and is printed
as normal text on the page. Foil adds a beautiful element to any card, making the text pop off the
page and wow your guests! All foil is done for a flat fee per card, though the price may differ
depending on the type of card you are designing.

Guest Information System Included for Free
If you are in a time crunch, you’re in luck! Basic Invite offers free (yes, FREE) wedding guest and return
address printing on any card that has the option for it. Save the dates, wedding invitations, and thank you
cards have envelopes that allow for printing of this kind and can save you a ton of time
handwriting all of your guest addresses. Just upload your guest addresses to your account, and
you can select them all to be printed on the envelopes during customization of your card, saving
you hours of time and from those dreaded hand-cramps!
