Top 10 Outdoor Wedding Venues In Phoenix

Planning a wedding in Phoenix? Lucky you! It offers so much, from desert landscapes to delicious foods that can enhance your big day. And thankfully, there are tons of outdoor wedding venues in Phoenix that capture the city’s vibe!

Sunny, social, and full of Sonoran culture, Phoenix is a unique, authentic, and truly awesome place. If you’re getting married here and you want to do it outside, take a look at my favorite outdoor wedding venues in Phoenix. One of these cool ass outdoor venues will resonate with you!

1. The Willow AZ

If you’re looking for a super scenic desert backdrop, the Willow AZ wedding venue is as good as it gets. Think mountainous vistas, charmingly minimalist buildings, and all-around great energy.

This premier venue is located in the West Valley, on six acres of sprawling land (which is gorgeous as hell!!!). As the name suggests, it features elegant willow trees that really bring the romance. It also has an amazing and intimate outdoor ceremony area as well as a reception area that’s absolutely beautiful.

The Willow is undeniably PERFECT for anyone dreaming of natural beauty and comforting rustic vibes. Here, you can celebrate with your guests under the outdoor lights with the Sonoran desert around you. Imagine sharing special moments with your loved ones in a setting like that — laughing together and creating memories that’ll last a lifetime.

Their all-inclusive packages are honestly unparalleled. They offer bride and groom suites, a DJ, an on-site event coordinator, a catered dinner, a bartender, and more! Packages start at $16,000 and the capacity of this space is 160 people.

Don’t sleep on this place! The Willow is most definitely one of my favorite wedding venues in Phoenix — and it’s one of the most photo-ready locations I’ve ever seen.

2. Venue at the Grove

Nestled among a seemingly never-ending grove of pecan trees is Venue at the Grove, a Phoenix locale like no other.

Featuring over 40,000 twinkle lights, a totally calming atmosphere, and sophisticated facilities, it’s a true gem. Picture yourself here, saying your vows in a wooded retreat, surrounded by flowers and an amazing ambiance … your guests mingling on the brick patio, and your loved ones thoroughly enjoying a seamless wedding experience.

Venue at the Grove specializes in customizable all-inclusive packages starting from $9,810 and can hold up to 225 guests. The bundles include pretty much everything but allows flexibility for you to bring your own cake, photographer, and flowers.

This venue also offers a full-service experience — including upgrades and comprehensive wedding planning services — and a morning brunch package.

3. Camelback Inn

If you’re a bougie couple who likes it naturally luxe, Camelback Inn Phoenix could be your dream come true! It’s an award-winning resort and spa that offers high-class accommodations and event spaces. So if you’re coming from out of town (or just love wellness experiences) it’s an ideal option.

Here, you can choose between an array of spaces, all of which exude authenticity and elegance. You can opt for a North Garden ceremony, and enjoy desert flowers and alluring vistas.

Or select the Lakeview Inn, and overlook a breathtaking lake along with flowing waterfalls enhancing the atmosphere. So it’s no surprise that Camelback Inn wedding photos always turn out to be glamorous and gorgeous!

The guest capacity here depends on which specific venue you choose, as do the package costs.

4. Botanical Garden

If you’re dreaming of a Phoenix botanical garden wedding, this is probably the perfect place for you! Think a daytime ceremony, completely surrounded by flowers or a sunset celebration under the colorful sky.

At the Desert Botanical Garden, you can choose between a few areas. Does the effortlessly beautiful amphitheater or the charming open-air Binns wildflower pavilion sound better to you? Or do you want to wed the love of your life in a colorful herb garden?

It’s hard to choose when all the spaces are so alluring! But whatever selection you make, you’re sure to have a blast and enjoy the custom menu options.

Their packages aren’t as inclusive as most of the other venues on this list, but that makes it a great option if you want to bring in all your own vendors!

Here you can invite up to 250 guests, and venue rental costs start from just $1,200.

5. The Paseo

The Paseo wedding venue — set against the stunning Superstition Mountains — offers breathtaking views in a romantic little package! Here you can get absolutely incredible photos amidst unparalleled warm lighting that works well with all skin tones.

This intimate, private, and totally romantic place is classy but comfortable. It’s exclusive and unique while remaining authentic and cozy, making it easy to enjoy. This family-owned venue is staffed with dedicated team members who are happy to help with whatever you need!

The Paseo venue offers a “Saguaro Package,” a partially-inclusive bundle including the cost of food, flowers, bar service, the venue, and entertainment. You can bring your own alcohol and you can rent the whole venue or just the reception! But FYI, you have to use one of their preferred caterers, DJs, and bartenders. And you’ll need to get any outside vendors licensed and insured.

One of the best wedding venues in Phoenix, magic and warmth is what you’ll experience at The Paseo.

Costs start from $8,500, and this place can hold up to 200 people.

The possibilities are endless, so this venue makes for an interesting and singular wedding experience!

The capacity and costs for this Arizona wedding venue depend on your selections.

7. Desert Foothills

The Desert Foothills wedding venue is relaxing and rustic, featuring a comforting barn and a sunset patio. It offers a minimalist but totally lush western energy, emerging from underneath the open Arizona sky.

This quiet locale doesn’t even have a physical address! Instead, it lies in a pristine patch of private land filled with cacti and sprawling desert floor.

If you have a Desert Foothills wedding, you’ll surely have a serene experience that you’ll never forget.

Guest capacity is up to 425 people, and you can contact their team for pricing information.

8. Sanctuary at Camelback

As the name suggests, this place is genuinely a fucking sanctuary! It’s calming, scenic, and all-around splendid — no matter which of the event spaces you choose. The views are amazing for photos, the food is award-winning, and the vibe is intimate.

Planning a Sanctuary at Camelback wedding also means you and your guests can stay in style, in suites, or even entire villas! A lawn, a terrace, a garden? The only bad thing about this venue is that it’s hard to decide which parts to take advantage of. But if you stay a while, you can just enjoy them all.

The guest capacity here goes up to 200, and costs start at $18,000.
