The Story & Vision

Danee & Oliver met in high school and quickly fell in love. Later on, they decided to get married at the courthouse and welcomed their baby girl, Luna. They always wanted to celebrate their love with family and friends, but couldn’t find the right time. Seven years passed and they decided to throw the most aesthetic wedding in Chandler, Arizona for their anniversary. It was a wedding and vow renewal with all of the tears, laughs, and party vibes they always envisioned. Despite being happily married, the two both had nerves prior to their ceremony and chose to share some intimate first look moments to calm their nerves.

The Vendor Team

As a wedding photographer, I’ve met so many vendors that range in experience. The vendor team for D & O’s wedding was absolutely superb, so much so that I want to highlight them all here!

Planner: Simply Desert Co (Instagram) was such a pleasure to work with! She ran the show so smoothly and on time which is a blessing most weddings don’t get to experience. She also had the best attitude and was incredibly helpful to all vendors, but especially to the couple. 10/10 recommend!

DJ: DJ Take 2 was incredibly professional and kind, but most importantly he kept the dance floor alive and poppin’ all night long! Seriously, if “read the room” were a person it is Tyler!

Venue: Soho63, as previously mentioned, is a gorgeous venue with expert and kind staff. It really is a blank slate where you can create the exact aesthetic you want.

Makeup: Glam by Kierra absolutely smashed it! Seriously, look at how gorgeous our bride and maid of honor looked and it stayed the whole night.

Catering & Cake: YA Cakes & Catering created an absolutly beautiful cocktail hour hourdervs display, dessert display, and cake! On top of that, every bite of the meal, appetizers, and dessert were fan-tas-tic!

Hair: Curly hair specialist Bellus Styles (Ami) created a stunning curly updo for Danee with a touch of sparkle added in!

Dress: Danee found her stunning dress at Brilliant Bridal Phoenix and got alterations from Gemma with Gemmas Fashion. It fit her like a glove and she was able to dance all night (ahem, see gallery below).

Florals: Love in Bloom AZ created gorgeous bouquets, altar displays, and table decor. This wedding was an aesthetic combination of boho and modern design.

Videographer: If my husband and videographer is not available for your wedding date, Director Tezz did a fantastic job of making the couple’s vision come to life!
